About the Speaker:

Angela Knobel is Associate Professor of Philosophy at the University of Dallas. She received her doctorate in philosophy from the University of Notre Dame. Her work focuses primarily on Aquinas’ theory of infused virtue, virtue ethics and applied ethics. Her papers have appeared or are forthcoming in such journals as The Thomist, American Catholic Philosophical Quarterly, Nova et Vetera, International Philosophical Quarterly and The Journal of Moral Theology. Her book Aquinas and the Infused Moral Virtues is forthcoming from the University of Notre Dame Press.
